Christchurch Arts Guild is a club for Christchurch artists, who meet every second Wednesday of the month from 7pm to 9pm. Parking is available on site. Various activities take place in these meetings, including critiques, artist demonstration ad workshops.

Christchurch Bridge Club are a friendly EBU-affiliated club that plays both online and in-person bridge. There are national pairs championships that members can participate in, and online sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. In-person sessions take place every Friday.

Christchurch History Society organises 10 evening meetings a year, normally on local history. The society has access to an archive with over 20,000 documents, photos, and maps. The society also organises numerous visits and guided walks, as well as attending community events. It is an excellent opportunity to meet others who share a passion for history, and learn more about the beautiful Christchurch area.

Christchurch Lace Society meets monthly to share their love of lacemaking and demonstrating their craft. Whilst they are not a teaching group, visitors are welcome. The Society also attends The Priory's Living Crafts Exhibition every second year.

Christchurch Life Drawing Group are a monthly offer monthly untutored life drawing sessions on the second Wednesday of the month. They welcome artists and newcomers of all abilities.

Christchurch Society of Woodturners meet at 7.30pm on the third Thursday of each month. There will either be an introduction to a turning project and a demonstration, or a competition when members bring in their own work on the previous month's project, taking place on alternate months.

Hengist Group of Artists is a mixed-ability art club in Christchurch that meet at 7pm on the third Monday of each month. At these meetings, they meet, share experiences, and exhibit their paintings. Often there are artist demonstrations.

Highcliffe Art Fellowship is a creative club in the Christchurch area that promotes artistic expression. They meet on the first Wednesday of every month, between 2.30pm and 4.30pm, and are a lovely way to both interact with the local community, and foster a passion for art.

Highcliffe Chess Club is a sociable club welcome to chess players of all standards and ages. They have teams in both Bournemouth and Dorset Chess Leagues, and the Bacchus League.

Find out more about Highcliffe and Infinity Photography Club, which meets weekly on Wednesday evenings for competitions, guest speakers, and workshops. It is an excellent opportunity to meet with others passionate in photography and exhibit your work. Taster evenings are available.

Priory Beaders is an excellent social group for meeting others interesting in beadweaving. They meet once a month at Stanpit Village Hall in Christchurch. Teaching is not provided at this group. They meet the second Saturday of each month save for August and December.
